Volunteer:
  • Must be 16-18 years old.
  • Highly motivated and responsible.
  • Expected to engage with participants in a friendly way to enhance the overall experience and environment of the Go Kart Sports Camp.
  • Assist with sign in and out procedures.
  • Assist with bringing out the go karts and track set up.
  • Provide secondary supervision of all participants.
  • Volunteer hours provided.



Group Leader:
  • Must be 17+
  • Confident dealing with people.
  • Highly motivated, organized and responsible.
  • Expected to be the leader of a group of 10 or fewer participants.
  • In charge of sign in and sign out procedures for team members.
  • Organize group between activities.
  • Provide supervision of all team members.
  • Assist Head instructors in the field and on the go-kart track.
  • Assist with track set up when necessary.



Head Go-Kart Instructor:
  • University/ College student minimum.
  • Experience with go-karts.
  • Ability to instruct basic driver training and mechanics.
  • Facilitate all training drills, relay races, and race day.
  • Supervise and provide track safety for all participants.
  • Assist Head sports instructor in the field and at all activities.



Head Sports Instructor:
  • University/College student minimum (phys-ed or teaching preferred.)
  • Must be athletically skilled and knowledgeable.
  • Confident and outgoing.
  • Ability to teach basic sports skills to 10-15 year olds.
  • Ability to organize large groups, including group leaders and volunteers.
  • Facilitate and coordinate all field activities.
  • Provide supervision and safety for all participants away from the go-kart track.
